Identifiers and Contact Information: We generally retain this information for the duration of your relationship with us (as a client or driver) plus 7 years to comply with legal obligations and for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes.

  • Trip Data: We retain trip data (dates, times, locations, incident reports) for 3 years, unless a longer retention period is necessary to comply with legal or contractual obligations.

  • Health Information: We retain health information for 6 years or for the duration of the client relationship, whichever is longer, to comply with legal obligations such as HIPAA.

  • Background Check Information: We retain background check information for at least 5 years to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Tax Records: We retain tax records for 7 years to comply with IRS guidelines.
