Rids is a company with an extensive history of serving children with special needs. We have received accolades and glowing reviews from numerous school district administrations and parents over the last decade. I founded this company inspired by my own experiences of being a working mother of two and constantly worried while sending my children to school.

 

I bring my unique perspectives as a mother from an ethnic minority community in guiding our shared commitments to serving the best interest of children and being responsible towards our communities as a business. We believe that our commitment to an inclusive and respectful workplace and work culture has enabled us to be more empathetic, responsible and sensitive in providing services to children with special needs and their families. We as a company have worked endlessly over the last thirteen years to overcome technical and market challenges and today we are able to serve a large number of children across various School districts.
